I strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with how something turned out, I will do my best to completely capture what you are looking for before shipping the item out. If you are unhappy with the item when you receive it, you can return it for additional modifications. I do my best to capture your vision through conversation, emails, and text to eliminate the need to return an item.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All shipping costs will be factored into the final cost of an item(s). Different shipping options are available for all items.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any item that is printed and/or finished with custom colors and/or modifications will not be able to be refunded or returned. Any generic item (no modification or finishing) will be able to be returned within 14 business days for a full refund. Some conditions apply.
